Candice Reyes New Auto Sector Lead
Candice Reyes' drive and passion for the automotive industry comes from having worked in the auto industry in a leadership capacity for approximately 15 years, as well as several generations of family before her.
She has had the privilege of working with leaders from companies such as GM, Metaldyne, Yazaki North America and Chrysler . Candice is attuned to the trends and challenges within the auto industry. She is particularly passionate about helping organizations attract, retain and develop the future generation leadership for New Auto. Candice is currently leading multiple initiatives focusing on the attraction and development of next generation engineers in the automotive sector.
In addition to coaching executives and senior leaders and consulting with organizations, Candi also teaches at Oakland University. She received her MSA from Central Michigan University with a concentration in Human Resources and a BS in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
