Autism Alliance of Michigan
Last summer the middle school aged daughters of Paragon employees partnered with the Autism Alliance of Michigan to raise awareness and funding for the fight against Autism. Through the TeamKAL (Team Kids Action Learning) process, the girls experienced what it took to work as a team and develop leadership qualities, resulting in developing a design for apparel that they sold to raise money for this worthy cause.

DTE Urban Gardens
Paragon became actively involved with the DTE Urban Garden project in 2009, while engaging Paragon’s Food Epprentice Experience participants, non-profit sponsors and coaches. Paragon shares DTE Energy’s passion around providing support to our region through community involvement. The DTE Energy/ Gleaners Community Food Bank partnership expanded to six additional sites in 2009, and plans to expand their garden sites in the years to come. Paragon will continue supporting the DTE Urban Garden project by continually bringing new volunteers to the ‘garden’. If you are interested in getting involved, check out Paragon’s “What’s It 2 You” network gatherings or contact DTE Energy directly. www.dteenergy.com
