Janice Krupic, CEO and President
Food/CPG Sector Lead
Janice formed Paragon Leadership International in 2001, with a vision of creating an executive coaching and leadership development firm providing exceptional service and undeniable results all while making a difference to the individual, client company and respective communities. Janice’s passion in helping leaders shift their thinking and transform their actions, comes from a extensive work history of supporting leaders at all levels and industries, within companies such as Kellogg’s, La-Z-Boy, Kohler, Ford, Kelly Services, Marriott, and Herman Miller. Janice has a particular interest in working with Food/CPG companies, and highly motivated leaders from the C-Level, all the way to our future generation leadership (including middle-schoolers!). Additionally, she has given her time and extended her support to numerous non-profit causes, exceeding 50 to date, as well as authored a children’s book. She is a native Michigander, currently residing in Novi, MI where she enjoys tennis, running, the arts, and spending time with her family. She is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, with a Master of Science degree in Organization Behavior and Development, Michigan State University, with a degree in Business and Human Resources, and has completed post-graduate work at Columbia University in Organizational Development.

Diane Ring, Chief Coaching Officer
Diane has been an integral contributor to the Paragon team since Paragon’s launch in 2001. Diane brings 26 years of diverse talent management experience that includes executive coaching, team-based action learning, selection, assimilation of new talent, development of high potentials, and career development. Her client experienced spans numerous Fortune 1000 and middle market companies, and she has worked with top Executives to High Potentials and across all disciplines. Some of her clients have included Kellogg’s, La-Z-Boy, DTE Energy, Ford Motor Company, Owens Corning, Textron, Metaldyne, Kelly Services and numerous others. Diane has a unique talent for compassionately motivating leaders to get out of their “box”, push their limits and facilitate their ability to create change that makes a positive difference. Diane is an active philanthropist for Multiple Sclerosis and personally enjoys yoga, tennis and travel. She is a graduate of Michigan State University with degrees in Employment Relations and Psychology.

Candice Reyes
New Auto Sector Lead
Candice's drive and passion for the automotive industry comes from having worked in the auto industry in a leadership capacity for approximately 15 years, as well as several generations of family before her. She has had the privilege of working with leaders from companies such as GM, Metaldyne, Yazaki North America and Chrysler . Candice is attuned to the trends and challenges within the auto industry. She is particularly passionate about helping organizations attract, retain and develop the future generation leadership for New Auto. Candice is currently leading multiple initiatives focusing on the attraction and development of next generation engineers in the automotive sector. In addition to coaching executives and senior leaders and consulting with organizations, Candi also teaches at Oakland University. She received her MSA from Central Michigan University with a concentration in Human Resources and a BS in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.

Diana Kohne, Finance and Operations Lead
Diana has been with Paragon since 2007. She brings 28 years of experience through positions held at a variety of business environments ranging from corporations, smaller organizations, entrepreneurships, and municipalities through community volunteerism. As the Finance and Operations Lead for Paragon, Diana oversees all administrative functions. This includes Finance, Accounting, Sales and Administrative Operations, and Client Services. Diana loves working at Paragon because it allows her the opportunity to apply her experience and passion in a more client-based role. Diana enjoys spending time with her family, travel and being outside. She is a graduate of Madonna University with a degree in Accounting.
